Fire Call, 22nd of May, Fire in the open, Walkhampton

Currently we get little feed back from people reading the blog. If you have any questions, suggestions or comments please use the facility below.

At 00:15 on the 22nd of May, Yelverton appliance was called to a fire in the open between walkhampton and Dousland. On arrival the crew found a barbeque in a barn that had set a bale of straw on fire. The crew used a high pressure hose to extinguish the fire. The fire was caused by using a disposable barbeque on top of a bale. The crew returned to the barn later the same day to make sure all was well. Sorry no photos.
