Drills, 13th of January, Silo Exercise, at station.

Currently we get little feed back from people reading the blog. If you have any questions, suggestions or comments please use the facility below.

At drills on the 13th of January the crew had a silo exercise. The scenario was, a fallen worker into the silo who was now unresponsive. The aerial appliance and the line rescue team were unavailable and the crew had to manage the incident with the resources they had. The priority is to get oxygen to the casualty and assess their injuries which went well. The debrief was relatively quick which generally means the crew had performed to a high degree..
