Drills, 8th of April, Roll up drills on station.

Currently we get little feed back from people reading the blog. If you have any questions, suggestions or comments, please use the facility below.

At drills on the 8th of April, Yelverton crew practised rolling up to a house fire and the preparation work needed to get two Breathing apparatus wearers with a hose reel into the building safetly. This involves Recording all the wearers details on the BAECO (Breathing Apparatus Entry Control Officer) board and running out hose reel and a safety jet primed and ready to work. We went through three scenarios and rotated crew so everyone had an opportunity to wear BA.
