Fire Call, 29th of November, RTC Assist, Whitchurch.

Currently we get little feed back from the prople reading the blog. If you have any questions, suggestions or comments please use the facility below to contact us.

At 07:55 on the 29th of November, Yelverton appliance was called to an RTC Assist at Whitchurch. On arrival the crew found two vehicles that had each been involved in seperate RTC’s caused by ice on the road, one on its side and one over a small embankment. All the occupants were accounted for so the crews made the vehicles safe and assisted with traffic management while the vehicles were recovered. It is important to drive carefully at this time of year. We have heavy frosts that leave some roads icey, added to that, some lanes remain icey when other roads have thawed because they are shaded from the sun. I have included some photos.
